Conditions:
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (crohn's And Ulcerative Colitis)
Crohn's Disease
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 90 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease
2. On or starting medical therapy for IBD

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. No current diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease
2. Not on any therapy for IBD
3. Not proficient (able to read and answer questions) in English
