You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Inflammation
Age: Between 40 Year(s) - 70 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age between 40 and 70 years without known atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)
2. Anti-platelet medication use in the past 7 days
3. Aspirin intolerance or allergy
4. Known bleeding or clotting disorder
5. Chronic inflammatory or connective tissue disease
6. Immunological deficiency
7. Diabetes mellitus
8. Prior gastric or bariatric surgery
9. Active smoking
10. Platelet count <100,000
11. Use of omega-3 fatty acid supplementation
12. Use of drugs or supplements known to inhibit COX-1/COX-2/lipoxygenases
13. Corticosteroid use
14. Recent initiation or change in dose of statin therapy
15. Pregnancy
