A Prospective Registry for the Study of Outcomes and Predictors in Pouchitis and Pouch-Related Disorders

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to collect information of patients with pouch-related conditions. The information gathered during the study will help us know more about how patients respond to different treatments. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire online that is designed to capture your medical history, smoking history, frequency of bowel movements, and any recent hospitalizations. In addition, those who are experiencing acute pouchitis or inflammation of the pouch region, will be asked to collect a stool sample before and after standard of care treatment.
