A Single-Center Observational Study of Intervertebral Disc Mechanics with Functional Grasp-MRI

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to test a new imaging sequence with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) on parts of the lower back in adult humans. This will allow researchers and physicians to try new ways of taking pictures of different parts of the body in individuals with chronic lower back pain. The study will examine the ways different body parts contribute to this condition by first using this technology on people with no lower back pain.
