You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Obesity
  Adverse Childhood Experiences
• Age: Between 18 years - 100 years
• Gender: Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Identify as female
  2. Read, write, and speak English
  3. Self-report of BMI is greater than or equal to 30
  4. Report of at least one adverse childhood experience as defined by the Adverse Childhood Experiences Calculator
  5. Have a valid and functioning email address
  6. Have the ability to send and receive encrypted emails
  7. Have a computer, tablet, or cell phone that can access the Internet and use Zoom videoconferencing

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Identify as a male or non-binary
  2. Pregnant, decisionally-impaired, or incarcerated
