An Interventional Multi-Center investigation of Single Level Transforaminal Lumber Interbody Fusion (TLIF) Stabilized with Pedicle Screws

Brief description of study

This research study is being conducted to collect data on the safety and effectiveness of a transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) procedure. This is the procedure that your surgeon has recommended to treat your condition. This is not an investigational procedure, and no investigational study devices are used in this study. No part of this surgery is investigational in nature. This study will help the sponsor, 3Spine, collect data to further the understanding of the conditions of your back and potential treatments options.
