Exactech Alteon Tapered Wedge Femoral Stem Total Hip Arthroplasty

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Total Hip Arthroplasty
Age: Between 18 - 99 Years
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Participants indicated for primary hip replacement with the Alteon Tapered Wedge Stem
2. Participant who are skeletally mature
3. Participants willing and able to review and sign the informed consent form

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Has suspected or confirmed systemic infection or a secondary remote infection
2. Has inadequate or malformed bone that precludes adequate insertion or fixation of the prosthesis
3. Has neuromuscular disorders that do not allow control of the joint
4. Has age, weight, or activity level would cause the surgeon to expect early failure of the system
5. Has a mental or physical condition that may invalidate evaluation of the data
6. Prisoner
7. Pregnant
