You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Postpartum Depression

Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)

Gender: Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
Phase 1- Identifies as Chinese American
- Speaks and understands Mandarin, Cantonese and/or English
- Capable of providing informed consent
- Receives prenatal care or resides in Sunset Park
- Speaks and understands Mandarin Chinese
- Is between 13 and 30 weeks pregnant at the beginning of each wave of ROSE
- Capable of providing informed consent
- Scores less than 13 on Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

Phase 1
- Under 18 years of age
- Does not speak and understand English, Cantonese or Mandarin
- Is not capable of providing informed consent
- Not receiving prenatal care in Sunset Park
- Under 18 years of age
- Does not speak and understand Mandarin
- Is not between 13 and 30 weeks pregnant at the beginning of each wave of ROSE
- Is not capable of providing informed consent
- Scoring greater than 12 on Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale
- Positive score to #10 on the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale
- Has a history of a serious mental health condition and/or in treatment for serious mental health condition, as determined by NYULH staff
