Research support for tele-psychiatry pilot in shelters including landscape design contribution and evaluation

Brief description of study

The study will evaluate the acceptability, feasibility, fidelity, effectiveness and scalability of the telepsychiatry service in New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) shelters. The intervention aims to better meet the mental health needs and improve mental health outcomes of single adults that reside at DHS shelters in New York City, particularly those who experience multiple, chronic, behavioral health problems.
