An Open Label Long-term Extension study to investigate the safety of PF-06823859 Administered to Adult Participants with Active Dermatomyositis (C0251008)

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Dermatomyositis
Age: Between 18 - 80 Years
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Participants with moderate to severe Dermatomyositis (DM)
2. Participants who are willing and able to comply with all scheduled visits, treatment plan, laboratory tests, lifestyle considerations, and other study procedures.
3. Able and willing to provide consent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Other medical or psychiatric condition including recent (within the past year) or active suicidal ideation/behavior or laboratory abnormality that may increase the risk of study participation or, in the investigator’s judgment, make the participant inappropriate for the study
2. Hepatic dysfunction
3. Those who have clinically relevant abnormalities that may affect participant safety or interpretation of study results
