Evaluating Long COVID Patients with Persistent Respiratory Symptoms for Prothrombotic Immune Responses and Pulmonary Microvascular Thrombosis Using SPECT-CT Lung Perfusion Studies

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to understand why some patients have ongoing breathing problems even months after having COVID-19. This study will determine whether Long COVID patients with persistent respiratory symptoms have evidence of persistent immune mediated thrombosis and evidence of lung perfusion deficits when compared to healthy people who had complete resolution of SARS-CoV-2 infection without any persistent symptoms.
