The Digital Phenotype of Bipolar Disorder: An Observational Study of Mood Symptoms in Adolescents

Brief description of study

The goal of this study is to use digital phenotyping, in addition to traditional assessment methods, to characterize relapse in adolescents with bipolar disorder. Adolescents with bipolar disorder and typically-developing peers will be interviewed monthly, along with their caregiver, for 18 months to monitor changes in mood and behavior. During this time, participants will have data collected from their smartphone sensors and will complete brief self report surveys
