Brief description of study
The purpose of this research study is to learn more about how patients with Coronary Artery Disease(CAD) make decisions about their CAD treatment. The researchers would like to better understand what information patients such as yourself would need to have to make an informed treatment decision with their provider based on individual characteristics and preferences. The researchers are developing tools and content material for patients and providers to better understand the treatments and anticipated outcomes of various CAD treatment options.
