You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Obsessive-compulsive DisorderMajor Depressive Disorder

Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 55 Year(s)

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
For MDD or OCD Subject Group:- Meet DSM-5 criteria for a diagnosis of OCD or MDD with at least mild disorder severity
- Fluent in English
- Free from any current or past DSM-5 psychiatric diagnosis
- Fluent in English
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

For OCD or MDD Subject Group:
- Current severe alcohol or substance use disorder per DSM-5 criteria; lifetime history of schizophrenia spectrum, bipolar, or autism spectrum disorders
- Current use of a psychiatric medication to treat OCD or MDD that is not at a stable dose (constant for at least six weeks)
- MRI contraindications (claustrophobia, metal in body)
- A medical condition that may hinder, or increase risk associated with, participation
- A urine toxicology positive for drugs other than cannabis or prescribed medications taken as directed
- A positive urine pregnancy test.
- Use of any psychiatric medication
- Evidence that first-degree biological relative has OCD or MDD
- MRI contraindications (claustrophobia, metal in body)
- A medical condition that may hinder, or increase risk associated with, participation or
- A urine toxicology positive for drugs other than cannabis or prescribed medications taken as directed
- A positive urine pregnancy test.
