Phase 1 REGN2810 alone or in combination with radiation therapy cyclophosphamide or both in patients with advanced malignancies
Brief description of study
If you have been diagnosed with advanced cancer that has grown and there is no alternative standard of care treatment option available to you, you may qualify to participate in a study evaluating advanced solid tumors. The main goal of this study is to test how safe and effective treatment with REGN2810 as a single therapy or in combination with radiation therapy and/or cyclophosphamide is for solid tumors. The study is also being done to measure the levels of REGN2810 in your blood and to determine if combining REGN2810 with radiation therapy and/or cyclophosphamide (an anti-cancer chemotherapy drug) is safe enough and if it can help to reduce the size of your tumor.
