Treatment for Migraine and Mood (TEAM-M): A Pilot Trial of Mindfulness-based Training Program

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to develop and test an intervention designed to improve mood and reduce pain associated with migraine headaches. This research study is being done to collect your thoughts and reactions about the intervention. This study will last about 2-3 months. Your participation in this study will involve phone or video calls with the study team, 3 online surveys, and an 8-week program consisting of a 1-hour weekly phone or video call. After the intervention, The researchers may invite you to provide some verbal feedback about your experience in the study over the phone. For the surveys, you are free to skip any questions that you prefer not to answer.
