Retrain Your Brain for Healthy Eating Study

Brief description of study

You may be eligible for The Retrain your Brain for Healthy Eating Study. Weight loss is not easy. This study is evaluating a new approach to helping people lose weight and eat healthily. In this new computer training, people can learn not to pay attention and not to respond to pictures of unhealthy foods. This research study is being done to collect thoughts and opinions through surveys and interviews. What can you expect? Access to new technology including a food trainer app for smart phones, 11 weekly online sessions (30 minutes each) and 2 visits to NYU Langone Health in Manhattan (1 hour each). There is no cost for participation in the study.
