Psoriatic Response and Onset: Genes Radiology Environment Skin and Synovium)

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Psoriatic Disease
Age: Between 12 Year(s) - 89 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Will have a diagnosis of psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis as diagnosed by a licensed rheumatologist or dermatologist (or be a healthy control vs another type of inflammatory arthritis such as IBD-associated arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)
2. Able to understand and willing to sign consent form

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Are not able to understand informed consent
2. For the optional MRI, patients will be excluded if they have any metal or implanted devices that are not compatible with the MRI machine or if they are claustrophobic.
