Peripheral Artery Disease
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patients undergoing major lower extremity amputation for peripheral artery disease (PAD), either at the above- (AKA) or below-the-knee (BKA) level for diagnosis of PAD
2. Able and willing to provide consent
