Dentatorubral-Pallidoluysian Atrophy Natural History and Biomarkers Study (DRPLA NHBS)

Brief description of study

The DRPLA Natural History and Biomarkers Study (DRPLA NHBS) is aimed at building a comprehensive clinical and natural history database of patients with Dentatorubral-Pallidoluysian Atrophy (DRPLA) across the world, linked to a biological samples repository. The study will also recruit subjects without DRPLA, so that the researchers are able to compare how individuals with DRPLA differ from those without. Therefore, the researchers also invite unaffected individuals and asymptomatic family members of individuals with DRPLA to participate in this study.
