You will receive Intensive Medical Therapy: treatment of your blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes if you are diabetic, program to stop smoking if you smoke, and program for weight loss if you are obese. You will also have a mouthwash or cheek swab sample collected to look at the makeup of one of your genes.
