Health Disparities in Chronic Low Back Pain: Addressing with Patient-Clinician Relatedness

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Low Back Pain

Age: Between 18 - 45 Years

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Low back pain lasting at least 3-months
- You have low back pain for more than half of the days in the past 6-months
- Reports at least 3 out of 10 average pain over the past week on the numerical pain rating scale
- Reports having more back pain when compared to leg pain
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- You have a scheduled a low back procedure within the upcoming 8-weeks including an epidural injection or spinal surgery
- Your low back pain care (i.e. physicians visits, physical therapy) is being received through Worker's Compensation or No Fault insurance
- You have current dizziness or vestibular problems that cause you to have issues with balance or falling
- You have had lower or upper extremity surgery within the past year
- You have had any prior history of spine surgery, spinal fracture, or cancer
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
