Feasibility of Using Wearable Sensors and Artificial Intelligence for Carbohydrate Counting in Chinese Americans with Type 2 Diabetes

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Type 2 Diabetes
  • Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) at least one year prior
    2. Self-identified as first- or second-generation Chinese immigrants
    3. Feel comfortable communicating in English
    4. Have a computer and internet connection.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    1. Plan frequent travel or vacations or plan to relocate in the next five weeks
    2. Incapacity or unwillingness to provide informed consent
    3. Unable to come to research lab visits
    4. Pregnancy as confirmed by self-report
