Epigenetic Characterization of Immune Cells in Parkinson s disease and Prodromal Stages

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Parkinson Disease
Age: Between 30 Year(s) - 75 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Male or female 30-75 years of age (inclusive)
2. Subjects with one or more of the following features:
  - Hyposmia: As assessed by clinical history and/or previously performed University of Pennsylvania Smell Test (UPSIT)
  - REM Behavior Sleep Disorder (RBD): Based on clinical history and/or positive polysomnography
  - Known genetic risk factor for PD: Defined as a carrier of a reduced penetrance PD-related genetic mutation such as mutations of the GBA and LRRK2 gene

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Subject with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, atypical parkinsonism (i.e. progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, multiple system atrophy) or secondary parkinsonism (i.e. normal pressure hydrocephalus, drug-induced parkinsonism)
