Prodromal and Early Parkinsonism Alpha-Synuclein Study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Parkinson's Disease
Age: Between 30 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Diagnosis of prodromal Parkinson's disease (hyposmia, dysautonomia, RBD, or genetic risk) OR early parkinsonism.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Major comorbidity or bleeding diathesis that would increase bleeding risk and prohibit safe lumbar puncture or small skin biopsy.
