ZEUS - Effects of ziltivekimab versus placebo on cardiovascular outcomes in participants with established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease chronic kidney disease and systemic inflammation

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) between 15 and 60.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Female who is pregnant, breast-feeding or intends to become pregnant.
2. HbA1c = 10%.
3. History of recurrent serious infections (infections leading to hospitalization or use of i.v. antibiotics) in the 12 months prior to randomization.
4. History of active diverticulitis in the 5 years prior to randomization.
5. History of inflammatory bowel disease that has been clinically active during the 12 months prior to randomization.
6. Presence or history of malignant neoplasm within 5 years.
7. History of bone marrow or solid organ transplant or anticipated to receive an organ transplant during the study.
8. Other criteria will be evaluated by the study team.
