You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Gout

Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 89 Year(s)

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Participants with gout:
- No current urate lowering therapy or use of urate lowering therapy within the past 3 months (including allopurinol, febuxostat, probenecid, or pegloticase).
- Able and willing to provide written informed consent for the study.
- Healthy participants without gout:
- Able and willing to provide written informed consent for the study.
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Participants with gout:
- Recent use of urate lowering therapy.
- Use of colchicine or prednisone within the past 14 days.
- Gout flare within the past 2 weeks.
- Known active cancer receiving treatment.
- Pregnancy.
- Anemia, thrombocytopenia, or thrombocytosis.
- A history of severe bleeding or bleeding disorders.
- Chronic kidney disease stage 4 or 5.
- Congestive heart failure class III or IV.
- NSAID use within 5 half-lives of the specified NSAID.
- Healthy participants without gout:
- Known active cancer receiving treatment.
- Pregnancy.
- Anemia, thrombocytopenia, or thrombocytosis.
- A history of severe bleeding or bleeding disorders.
- Chronic kidney disease stage 4 or 5.
- Congestive heart failure class III or IV.
- NSAID use within 5 half-lives of the specified NSAID.
