You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Total Hip Arthroplasty
• Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Patient is indicated for primary hip replacement with the Alteon Monobloc Revision Stem.
  2. Patient is skeletally mature.
  3. Patient meets the indications detailed in the applicable product package insert.
  4. Patient is willing and able to review and sign the informed consent form.

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Patient under 18 years of age.
  2. Patient has suspected or confirmed systemic infection or a secondary remote infection.
  3. Patient has inadequate or malformed bone that precludes adequate insertion or fixation of the prosthesis.
  4. Patient has neuromuscular disorders that do not allow control of the joint.
  5. Patient’s age, weight, or activity level would cause the surgeon to expect early failure of the system.
  6. Patient has a mental or physical condition that may invalidate evaluation of the data.
  7. Patient is a prisoner.
  8. Patient is pregnant.
