You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Zoster [herpes Zoster]
• Age: Between 50 Year(s) - 69 Year(s)
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Participants 50-69 years of age at the time of first appointment.
  2. In good health.

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. History of shingles.
  2. Previous vaccination with any shingles vaccine.
  3. Immunocompromised individuals with known or suspected immunodeficiency.
  4. History of heart disease.
  5. Currently pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
