You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Gynecology
• Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 50 Year(s)
• Gender: Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Participants ages 18-50, who are seeking care at the Center for Fibroid Care at NYU
  2. Participants who have had a procedure or surgery performed to removed fibroids within the last 3 months and are now considered “fibroid free.”
  3. Be English speaking and be able to read/write in English
  4. Visit with PCP within the last 3 months with labs

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Currently Pregnant
  2. Use of any medication, hormonal or GNRH agonists, that would affect fibroid growth
  3. Postmenopausal women
  4. Non-English speaking
  5. Fibroid procedure or surgery outside of the 3-month window
  6. Women who are physically incapable of following a physical activity regimen
  7. Women with multiple dietary restrictions that would impact their ability to follow recommended dietary plan. (ie. GI disorders)
