Screening Assessment of Overlap Spondyloarthritis in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Brief description of study

Despite the known prevalence of SpA in patients with IBD, a formalized screening and disease activity monitoring strategy is not routine standard of care. This study will use two validated IBD-SpA screening tools to identify patients with IBD and SpA and used validated rheumatologic and IBD scoring instruments to track joint disease activity longitudinally to correlate gut and joint inflammatory activity over time as patients undergo their standard of care management.
