You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Burnout
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 80 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Board Eligible or Board-Certified emergency physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, licensed Registered Nurses, and all staff working in the ED who are working full time in Emergency Departments.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Temporary staff or residents with anticipated departure before the end of the study or clinician/staff who do not work in the Emergency Department.
2. NYU Langone Health & Bellevue Hospital Emergency Department Clinician and Staff.
