Comprehensive Imaging of the Corneal Endothelium in Health and Disease using Wide-field Scanning Specular Microscopy

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Keratoconus
Corneal Dystrophies, Corneal Infections, Dry Eye
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
Candidates must meet the first two inclusion criteria and either one of the last two criteria in order to participate in the study:
1. Ages 18 and older
2. Ability to provide informed consent and to understand the study procedures
3. Healthy volunteers without corneal disease based on a normal clinical ophthalmic examination
4. Patients with corneal disease including corneal dystrophies, corneal infections, keratoconus, and dry eye identified on a clinical ophthalmic examination

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Strabismus, nystagmus, or any condition that prevents fixation (the ability to aim the eyes to a particular spot accurately)
