OurChild: A Health IT Solution to Reduce Minority Health Disparities

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Early Childhood Mental Health
Age: Between 2 Year(s) - 6 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Child must be 24 to 72 months old
2. Must have been receiving pediatric primary care at the 7th Ave FHC for at least 6 months
3. Identified as Chinese and/or preferred language is Chinese in the EHR
4. Parents must be at least 18 years old and the child’s parent/legal guardian
5. Able and willing to provide informed consent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Siblings (parents who have already enrolled a child to the study)
2. Parents who do not have access to an iOS or Android smartphone
