A prospective double-blinded randomized controlled trial evaluating effectiveness of lower tourniquet pressures in hand surgery

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to see if lower tourniquet pressures are safe to use in the operating room. We also want to show that lower tourniquet pressures can reduce pain after surgery. A tourniquet is used to stop blood flow into the arm during surgery.
