Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Effects of EP547 in Subjects with Cholestatic Pruritus Due to Primary Biliary Cholangitis or Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Primary Biliary Cholangitis (pbc)
    Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (psc)
  • Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 80 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. Itch associated with liver disease like Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) or Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC).
    2. Able to communicate well with your study doctor, understand and comply with the requirements of the study, and provide written consent.
    3. Currently experiencing daily or near-daily moderate to severe itch (pruritus).
    4. If currently taking medications to treat liver disease or pruritus, must be on a stable dose for a certain period of time prior to study entry and willing to maintain a stable regimen throughout the study.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    • Additional criteria will be reviewed with prospective participants by study staff.
