Brief description of study

The AMPLITUDE clinical research trial will be looking at two different amounts (doses) of the investigational study drug, called VX-147, as treatment for APOL-1 related kidney disease. The study will help doctors and researchers decide which dose works the best. About 466 people will take part in this study around the world.
