Role of the oral cavity in inflammatory bowel disease

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Ibd
Age: Between 1 Month(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Disease participants must have a suspected diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.
2. Control participants must have no clinical diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.
3. Evidence of signed and dated informed consent/assent forms and document(s) indicating that the adult subject and/or the parents or legal guardians of pediatric subjects were informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.
4. Participant (adult and pediatric) ability to be compliant and complete the study protocol.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Pregnant patients, patients with impaired cognition, and prisoners will be excluded.
