Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Stroke, Not Specified As Haemorrhage Or Infarction
• Age: Between 18 years - 99 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Diagnosis of stroke;
  2. 18 years or older;
  3. Living at home or at a community-based facility (e.g., assisted living community, nursing home);
  4. Having used video calls (e.g., Facetime, Zoom meetings, or other virtual meeting systems) to receive healthcare services after stroke;
  5. Being able to communicate in written or oral English.

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Being medically unstable;
  2. Having functional cognitive impairments; and
  3. Having clinical diagnoses of other significant neurological conditions (e.g., dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis), or major psychiatric conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or substance use behavior).
