A Single-Center Observational Study of the Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Corneal Endothelial Cell Density of Patients Undergoing Glaucoma Surgery

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to examine changes in the cornea (the clear aspect of the central surface of the eye) that may occur after glaucoma surgery. To evaluate these changes, we will obtain imaging studies of the cornea before and at several timepoints after glaucoma surgery for each study participant. By developing a greater understanding of how the cornea changes after glaucoma surgery, we may better prevent possible corneal problems due to glaucoma surgery in the future.
