You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Colorectal Cancer Screening Test Preferences
Age: Between 45 Year(s) - 75 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. 45 to 75 years of age
2. Eligible for colorectal cancer screening
3. Receiving primary care at NYU Family Health Center, Sunset Park, Bellevue hospital primary care internal medicine clinic, NYU Langone Gastroenterology practice in Manhattan, and NYU Langone Hospital in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Under 45 years or over 75 years of age
2. Not eligible for colorectal cancer screening
3. Not currently receiving NYU Family Health Center, Sunset Park, Bellevue hospital primary care internal medicine clinic, NYU Langone Gastroenterology practice in Manhattan, and NYU Langone Hospital in Sunset Park, Brooklyn
