QUANTIFICATION OF MULTI-COMPARTMENT T1 RELAXATION AND MAGNETIZATION TRANSFER IN BIOLOGICAL TISSUE: FROM BIOPHYSICS TO BIOMARKERS FOR MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
Brief description of study
To evaluate the efficacy of multi-compartment T1 relaxation and magnetization transfer for detecting subtle changes in normal-appearing brain tissue in multiple sclerosis to detect disease progression. The primary endpoint of this study is the identification of the utility of hybrid-state qMT imaging for the assessment of MS disease progression.
