E-cigarettes for Harm Reduction Among Smokers with Serious Mental Illness

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to compare the effectiveness of electronic cigarettes and telehealth counseling versus nicotine replacement therapy (patches, lozenges and gum) plus telehealth counseling in to reduce smoking in adult smoker patients with serious mental illness.
