Assessment of Hemodynamics Symptomatology and Biochemical Markers of Npr1 Signaling in Healthy Volunteers and Patients with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Patients with Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension (nOH)

Brief description of study

The purpose of this trial is to study how people with POTS and nOH react when they stand up on a tilted table. We want to measure their changes in blood flow and how much these changes vary.

This study doesn't involve giving any treatments. Instead, we're checking how well different methods work for measuring blood flow, using wearable devices, biomarkers, and new electronic assessments. This study will be enrolling both healthy people and those with POTS or nOH.

The study has three parts: first, screening to find suitable participants, then the actual testing, which includes two visits to the clinic and some time wearing devices outside the clinic, and finally, a visit at the end to wrap things up.
