You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
General Health; Cardiovascular Health
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 64 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Identifies as Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and/or Pacific Islander
2. Resides in the NY Metropolitan area
3. Age 18-64

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Diagnosed with a serious medical condition (i.e. end stage renal disease, undergoing chemotherapy, etc.)
2. Plan to move out of NY area within the next 5 years
3. Currently pregnant
