A Phase 1 Open-Label Safety and Immunogenicity Trial of MPV/S-2P a Next Generation SARS-CoV-2 Booster Vaccine in Previously Vaccinated Adults

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Covid-19
  • Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 64 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. You are between 18-64 years old
    2. You are in general good health
    3. You have received a complete mRNA COVID-19 vaccine primary series AND at least one mRNA COVID-19 booster vaccine
    4. You are willing to wear a surgical mask within 6 feet of others for 14 days post-study vaccination

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    1. COVID-19 infection or receipt of COVID-19 vaccine in past 16 weeks
    2. Acquired immunodeficiency and/or treatments associated with immunosuppression in past 6 months
    3. Resides with and/or cares for nursing home/facility residents, immunocompromised people, pregnant individuals, children under 2 years old, OR handles/keeps rodents as pets (ex. hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs)
