NYU Langone Concussion Center Registry

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Concussion
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 90 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. All adult (>18 years) patients who are receiving or seeking medical care from providers who are part of the NYU Langone Concussion Center.
2. Since participation in the Concussion Center Registry does not involve a risk of physical harm, women of childbearing potential will not be queried as to pregnancy status or tested for pregnancy.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Due to the complexity of state and Federal requirements governing the participation of prisoners in research, prisoner-patients shall not be approached for participation in the Concussion Center Registry.
