Ferumoxytol-enhanced MRI of Cerebrovascular Diseases
Brief description of study
The purpose of this research study is to assess new magnetic resonance imaging methods and a new contrast agent for the evaluation of cerebrovascular diseases. It is hoped that these techniques will enable researchers and clinicians to better detect cerebrovascular diseases. The images collected of the brains of patients with cerebrovascular diseases will be compared to the images from healthy volunteers to assess the technique and agent's sensitivity.
