A single-center observational study of lifestyle behaviors (diet physical activity and sleep) in adults with psoriatic disease

Brief description of study

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with significant public health burden. Interestingly, obesity is a risk factor for the development of psoriasis. Additionally, lifestyle behaviors, such as diet, physical activity, and sleep, may individually impact body weight and psoriatic disease activity. As part of this study, adults (≥ 18 years of age) with psoriatic disease will be recruited to complete an online survey to assess dietary intake, physical activity, sleep, disease activity, and quality of life. We plan to enroll 500 research participants with the goal of obtaining ~325 completed surveys.
