Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to find out if a new treatment called TenoMiR can help people who have lateral epicondylitis, also called "tennis elbow." Tennis elbow is a condition that causes pain in the elbow from overuse. TenoMiR is a special kind of injection that might help reduce the pain and make the elbow better.
